J.E. Fears, 88 of Van Buren passed away Wednesday, March 31, 2021 in a local nursing home. He was a retired cattleman; and a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife Ruby (Brown) Fears; his parents Jim and Ora (Montgomery) Fears.

Graveside services will be at 11 AM Monday, April 5, 2021 at Macedonia Cemetery in Uniontown under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home Van Buren.

He is survived by one daughter Teresa Johnson of Van Buren; two sisters Connie Baker, Joyce Wood of Uniontown; service nieces and nephews.
The family would like to say thank you to Van Buren Healthcare and Rehab and Hearts of Hospice.

Pallbearers will be Cotton Morrison, Larry Hyde, Allen Hutchinson, and Brad Williams.
