Obituary for Lori Kay Levin (Moore)
Lori K. Levin, 59, of Fort Smith, Arkansas died on March 1, 2021. She was born on August 24, 1961 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Donald and Patsy (Harmon) Moore. She served in the Texas Air National Guard for ten years and then stayed home to raise her son.
She is survived by her son, Joshua Levin and his wife Lauren of Denton, TX; her parents, Donald and Patsy Moore of Fort Smith; two brothers, Don and Darrin Moore both of Fort Smith and one grandchild, Rachel Levin.
A family held service will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
