Obituary for Harold Harlen Davis

Harold Harlen Davis, 80, of Mulberry, AR passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 in a local hospital. He was a retired Crawford County Sheriff’s Deputy, retired Fort Smith Waste Water Plant employee and a member of the Mulberry Senior Center Dirt Dobber Baseball Team. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and racecar driver. Harold was born June 20, 1940 in Akron, OH to the late Harlen and Helen (Jackson) Davis. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Catherine (Fox) Davis and brothers, Ed and Robin Davis.
Funeral service will be 12:30 p.m. Monday, March 1, 2021 at Ocker Chapel of Alma with interment in
U. S. National Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma. The service will be livestreamed on the Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Facebook page.
Survivors include his son, Ricky Davis and wife Donna of Mulberry, AR; 3 grandchildren, Roper Davis, Ian Price and Shawn Price; great grandchild, Ada Price; brother, Tommy Davis and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Morse, Zachary Johnson, Joe Tarmey, Rick Carson, Jeff Patterson and Chris Coombes.
Honorary pallbearers will be Shawn Price, Ian Price, Roper Davis, Doug Brown, Karl Ray, Gary Wilson, Tommy Davis and Mike Allen.
The family will visit with friends from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon, February 28, 2021 at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma, 917 Hwy. 64 East, Alma, AR.
