Donna R. Miller, 73, or Fort Smith, Arkansas died on February 21, 2021 in her home. She was born on September 10, 1948 in Ventura, California to Seaborn Looper and Lilly Leeper. She was an airplane assembly worker and a former seamstress for a furniture manufacturer. She is survived by her husband, Michael of the home; two daughters, Michelle McAfee and her husband Richard of Barling, AR and Regina Johnson of Fort Smith, AR; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
