Charles Wayne Vines, 81 of Harrison passed away Monday, February 8, 2021 in a Springdale Hospital. After retiring from Continental Baking Company, he had several local businesses before his final retirement. He was also a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Dorothy (Hays) Vines; a sister Rhonda Bell.

He is survived by his wife of sixty years Georgia of the home; one daughter Charlotte Vines Best of Harrison; two brothers John Vines of Huntsville and Frank Vines of Alma; two grandchildren Emily and Andrew Best; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2PM, Saturday February 13, 2021 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren. Service will conclude in the chapel due to inclement weather. He will be buried at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Best, Emily Best, Danny Vines, Brad Coble, Kaleb Coble and Bransen Harris.

The family will visit with relatives and friends one hour prior to the service from 1-2PM, Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Ocker Memorial Chapel.
