Bethany Evette Baker, 21, of Lawton, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, February 5, 2021 in her home. She was born on August 25, 1999 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Kenneth Baker and Kadena (Minter) Baker Dunn. She was a detention officer at the Comanche County Detention Center in Lawton. Bethany was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Jason Baker, her grandmother, Beverly Minter and her grandfather, Everett Baker.
Funeral service is 1:00PM Friday, February 12, 2021 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Viewing is from 2-5PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
She is survived by mother and step father, Kadena and Kevin Dunn; three sisters, Lacey Uhlir, Leslie Dixon and her husband Bobby and Morgan Tharp and her fiancé Cole Teague; two brothers, Kevin and Keelan Dunn; her grandparents, Mary Baker and her companion Carl Hecox, Dena and Sam Dunn and Don and Linda Minter; two uncles, Kelly Baker and Billie Wiersema and his wife Ralynda; nieces and nephews, Maya, Corlan, Easton, Lane, Harper, Cypress and Rowynn; her beloved dog (Daughter) Ivy Jane Baker and numerous family and friends that aren’t listed that she loved dearly.
