Obituary for Jerry Don Phillips
Jerry Dean Phillips 67 of Fort Smith passed away Thursday, January 28, 2021 in his home. He worked as a power coater. He was preceded in death by his parents Vernon and Verla (Kelley) Phillips; one sister and six brothers.
Funeral service will be at 2 PM Friday, February 5, 2021 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with visitation one hour prior to service with cremation to follow after service under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Phillips of the home; two daughters Verla Phillips of Lebanon, Oregon, Crystal Beaver of Fort Smith; four sons Jeremy Phillips of Portland, Oregon, Leonard and Jacob Hilburn both of Fort Smith, Joshua Hilburn of Salem, Oregon; eight grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
