Jeanie Flurry, 83 of Roland passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021 in her home. She was a homemaker and of the Assembly of God faith. She enjoyed her animals and taking care of her garden. She was preceded in death by her husband Vernal; one son Larry Flurry; brothers Tom, Ray, Johnny, Jack and James Flippin, also Ben Franklin; three sisters Omie Pattillo, Ann Poindexter and Mae Pope.

She is survived by two daughters Sherry Riley and her husband Randy of Cedarville and Tia Pinkston and husband Chris of Roland; two brothers David Flippin and Darrell Franklin both of Van Buren; daughter-in-law Beverly Workman of Van Buren; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11:30AM, Friday January 22, 2021 at Ocker Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Fort Smith National Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren. The family will have a viewing from 4-6PM on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Ocker Funeral Home.
