Obituary for Sue J. Brailey (Bailey)
Sue J. Brailey, 81, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 in Barling, Arkansas. She was born on December 17, 1939 in Spiro, Oklahoma to Joe and Eula (Rogers) Bailey. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband Walter M. Brailey and a sister, Carolyn Huff.
Funeral service is 1:00 PM, Monday, December 28, 2020 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home with burial to follow in the U.S. National Cemetery.
She is survived by her two daughters, Cheryl Coward and her husband Gary and Cindy Mork both of Fort Smith, AR; one son, Mark Brailey and his wife Jennifer of Fort Smith; one sister, Betty Stewart of Bokoshe, OK; six grandchildren, Dylan Mork, Cassie Wilson, Allison and Chelsea Brailey, Kendra Bailey, Hannah Wolf and husband Dylan, and Logan Coward and five great grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Dylan Mork, Stephen Huff, John Restine, Jimmy and Gordon Stewart and Johnny Bishop. Honorary pallbearers are Gary Coward, Doug and Dennis Schoenfeld and Bill Hufstetler.
The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 4-6PM at the funeral home.
