Obituary for Edith Mae Sheldon (Randall)
Edith Mae Sheldon, 94, of Dyer, AR passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020 in her home. She was a former waitress. She loved working in the yard and staying on the go, she loved spending time with her family and going to the casino. She was born March 18, 1926 in Hope, AR to the late William and Edna (Bunting) Randall. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Sheldon; a longtime companion Ray Manning; a son, George Raymond Weese; great grandson, Ethan Avila; son-in-law, Mike Wright; sisters, Mauna Kidd, Pat Teague and Lucile Weese and brothers, Malvin Randall and Bill Randall.
Edith’s request was to be cremated. Cremation is under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home.
Survivors include daughters, Gail Weese and Marilyn Wright both of Dyer; sons, Randy Weese of Dyer and Billy Wayne Weese and wife Joyce of Owatana, MN; sister, Nell Youngblood; brother-in-law, Ralph Weese; 9 grandchildren, Ericka Sevenstar, Jared Weese, Dylan Weese, Jason Turney, Renee Avila, Lisa Johnston, Frank Lozano, Cindy Davidson and Dalton Weese, 19 Great Grandchildren and 7 Great Great Grandchildren and 1 on the way; Numerous nieces and nephews.
Edith’s request was to be cremated. Cremation is under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home.
