Dorothy Lou Booth, 86, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2020 in a Sallisaw hospital. She was born on December 13, 1933 in Watonga, Oklahoma to Arie and K. T. Marie (Payne) Pruitt. She was a homemaker and of the Church of Christ faith. She was preceded in death by her two daughters, Debra Jean Payton and Juanita Lou Miller, a granddaughter Brenda G. DaPonte and a great grandchild Sage Henry.
She is survived by her husband Lyle Booth of Sallisaw; two daughters, Lila Bower and her husband Lanny of Sallisaw and Sandra Davis and her husband Brian of Hopewell, VA; a brother, Billie Don Pruitt and Companion Terry Mathis of Sallisaw; 9 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren and various other family and non-family members.
A family held memorial service officiated by Jennie Hill will be Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 459692 E 1113 Road (Wild Horse Mountain) Sallisaw, OK.
Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
