Robert McCloud Powell, 86, of Muldrow died Wed., Aug 5, 2020 in his home. He was a retired San Bernardino, CA Sheriff and a former used car salesman. He is survived by his wife Gayle of the home; son, Rick Powell; Step Children, Michael Sarles and Sheryl Opdycke and 10 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, AR.
