Jeffrey Howard, 67 of Van Buren passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020 at his home. He was a retired truck driver and an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of
the Shibley Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Mary (Swaim) Howard, two brothers John III and Joseph Howard, a sister Janice Padgatt and a nephew Joseph Howard.

Funeral service will be 12:00 noon Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at the Shibley Baptist Church in Van Buren, with Private family burial at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by his wife Diane Howard of the home, two sons Johnathan Howard, and Ronald Kaylor and Jason Lincks as his sons; Three sisters Judith Adams of Lancaster, Kentucky, Jeanette Alexander, Jennifer Howard both of Somerset, Kentucky; a brother Jerry Howard of Somerset, Kentucky; one brother-in-law Ronnie Kaylor of Van Buren; Nine grandchildren, Paige and husband Josh, Logan Howard all of Rogers, Bella and Gracie Howard of Van Buren, Terra, Damion, Xaine, Andrew Kaylor of Fort Smith.

Pallbearers will be George Goodrich Paul Goodrich, Johnny Cowan, Christopher Coughran, Mike Snow, Josh Gomez.
