Obituary for Marisan Vaught (Stanley)
Marisan Vaught, 80, of Pocola, Oklahoma died on July 15, 2019. Marisan was born on November 2, 1938 in Cartersville, Oklahoma to Paul and Marie (Stanley) Vaught. She was a retired new accounts clerk for City National Bank and of the Methodist faith. Following her retirement her passion became volunteering for the animal rescue program. She was preceded in death by her husband Gene Matlock.
She is survived by two sisters, Sharon Perkins of Arkoma, OK and Beverleigh Magness and her husband Lanny of Sallisaw, OK; two brothers, Ronnie Vaught and his wife Kathy of Pocola, OK and Stan Vaught and his wife Trish of Jenny Lind, AR.
A family held memorial service with burial in Cache Cemetery in Haskell County will be at a later date. Cremation was under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, AR.
