Joseph Finochiaro, 64, of Fort Smith, Arkansas died Feb 5, 2019. He was the owner of a golf cart repair shop in Florida and U.S. Coast Guard Veteran. He is survived by three children, his brothers, Perry and Mark Finochiaro and sisters, Kristi Turcotte and Marisa Powel. Cremation is under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
