Obituary for Larry Wayne Dye
Larry Wayne Dye, 60 of Van Buren passed away Monday, January 14, 2019 in a local hospital. He worked for O.K. Foods Poultry Processing Plant in Fort Smith for more than thirty years. He was of the Baptist faith, enjoyed fishing and working in the garden. He was preceded in death by his father Thomas Dye.
Funeral services will be 1PM Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gill Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, Arkansas.
He is survived by his mother Betty Dye of the home; two sisters Carolyn Dye and Patricia Puckett both of Van Buren; one brother Michael Dye of Mountain Home, Arkansas; two nephews Brad Puckett of Van Buren and Keith Puckett of Texarkana.
The family will visit with relatives and friends Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 5-7 PM at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Richard Joe Dye, David Keith Dye, Gary Satterfield, Alvin Satterfield, Johnny Satterfield, Brad and Keith Puckett.
