Obituary for Virginia Ruth Smith (Livingston)
Virginia Ruth Smith, 74, of Alma, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019 in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith. She was born August 25, 1944 in Huntington, AR to the late W. E. and Thelma (Shores) Livingston. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Billie Joe Smith and three brothers, Henri, Raymond and Billy Livingston.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at U. S. National Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include one daughter, Teresa McCormick of Alma, AR; three sons, Harvey Roberts of Alma, Gary and Michael Phenis both of Alma, AR; brothers, Robert Livingston of Van Buren and Nathan Livingston of Fort Smith; 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
