Cathy Elizabeth Nipper, 58 of Vacaville, California passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018 in her home. She was a caregiver and a nurse for over thirty years. She was an avid Los Angeles Dodgers fan and always placed others before herself. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in by her parents Robert and Clara (Collins) Fuller.

Funeral services will be 11AM, Wednesday November 28, 2018 at Ocker Memorial Chapel with burial at New Cemetery in Mulberry under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

She is survived by her husband Stephen Nipper of Vacaville, California; one daughter Sarah Kerwin and husband Sean of Vacaville, California; one son William Nipper of Vacaville, California; two sisters Cindy Painter of Kibler and Caren Fuller of Mulberry; three brothers Robert Wayne Fuller and Kenny Fuller both of Mulberry and Tommy Mike Fuller of Van Buren; one grandchild Searlait Cathy Kerwin of Vacaville, California; several nieces and nephews.

Family will visit with relatives and friends Tuesday, November 27, 2018 from 5-7 PM at Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren 700 Jefferson Street.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Brewer, Sr., Joseph Brewer Jr., Joshua Brewer, Nick Boerjan, Josh Gable, LaRoy Gable.
