Rebecca Jane Lessley, 76, of Barling, Arkansas passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018. She was a type setter for Baptist State Convention of Michigan and was a member of Concord Baptist Church of Van Buren. She was born January 7, 1942 in Seco, Kentucky to the late Benton and Edith Day Gibson, Sr. Rebecca was preceded in death by her husband, James Boyd Lessley.
Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Ocker Chapel of Alma with interment at Highland Cemetery in Ozark, Arkansas under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include one son; Larry B. Lessley and wife Colleen of Saint Louis Park, MN; a brother, Benton Gibson, Jr. of Attica, MI and two sisters; Leslie Gabbard of North Vernon, IN and Geraldine Taurence of Wyandotte, MI.
The family will visit with friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Ocker Chapel of Alma, 917 Hwy 64 E., Alma, AR.
