Obituary for Emmett Leo Smith
Emmett Leo Smith, 92, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Saturday June 9, 2018 in Fort Smith. He was born May 11, 1926 in Aurora, IL to Hiram and Margaret Smith. He was retired from Rheem Manufacturing after 20 plus years and a member of the St. Boniface Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife Rose Smith; two sons, Tom Smith and his wife Karen of N. Lawrence, OH and Richard Sovel of Wooster, OH; two grandchildren, Hannah and Amanda Smith both of N. Lawrence, OH.
Funeral mass will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday June 13, 2018 at St. Boniface Catholic Church with cremation to follow the service under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
Pallbearers will be Tom Smith, Richard Sovel, Kevin, Jim and Mike Smith.
The Family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home.
