Ronald Douglas Payne, 72, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018 in his home. He was born on December 7, 1945 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was an electrician and the owner of Southerland Electric. He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Payne.
He is survived by his three sons, John Payne of Fort Smith, AR, Aaron Payne of Conway, AR and Brian Payne of Booneville, AR; one brother, Mike Hicks of Poteau, OK; one sister, Janet Goble of Oklahoma City, OK; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Cremation was under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
