Faye Jean Russell, 94, of Van Buren, Arkansas passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017 in a local hospital. She was retired as a Labor Delivery Aide at Crawford memorial hospital in Van Buren, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Russell; her parents, Forest and Ethel (Dougan) House; and twin daughters Lana Russell and Lynda Prescott and son Ronnie Russell; a granddaughter, Angie Garner and grandson, Donny Smith.


Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren, Arkansas.

Survivors are three daughters, Judy Cook and husband Mike, Kathy Williams and husband, Ronnie and Karyn Horn and husband, Mike all of Van Buren; a son Jerry Russell of Van Buren;a sister, Pauline Goodwin, Virginia Beach, Virginia; numerous grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Virgil Smith, Mike Cook, Joe Rose, Casey McDowell , Jamey Parks and Forest Russel.

The family will visit with relatives and friends Tuesday, March 28, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren, Arkansas.
