Marilyn Claire Wilhelm, 89, of Barling, Arkansas passed away on Monday, May 7, 2018 in a Fort Smith nursing home. She was born on January 21, 1929 to Ben B. and Mabel (Knight) Wilhelm in Comanche, TX. She was a retired switchboard operator at Rebsamen Insurance Company. She was a member of Barling United Methodist Church and served as the treasure and as a teacher in the Adult Sunday School. She was preceded in death by her brother, Harold Wilhelm.
She is survived by her sister in law, Edith Wilhelm and a nephew, Randy Wilhelm both of Las Vegas, NV.
No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation was under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
