Alonzo G. Creel, 76, of Mountainburg, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017 in a local nursing home. He was a retired Inspector for the USDA, a 1958 graduate of Mountainburg High School and a member of Locke Freewill Baptist Church. He was born December 10, 1940 in Crawford County to the late J.C. and Pearl (Williams) Creel.
Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Locke Freewill Baptist Church with interment in the Locke Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Creel of the home; one daughter, Kimberly Seaton and husband Kevin of Lavaca, AR; one son, Carl Creel of Fort Smith, AR; two step-daughters, Lou Ann Bennett and Pat Wasp both of Portland, OR; two step-sons, Billy Bennett and wife Beth of Blooming Grove, TX and Bryan Bennett and wife Roxy of Venus, TX; 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Williams, Jerry Drummond, Wayne Burrough, Dewey Drummond, John Creel, Josiah Creel, Charlie Harrison and Dewayne Evans.

Honorary pallbearers will be Bob Spears, David Linton, Don Wilkenson, Tony Williams, Robert Williams and Norman Williams
