Obituary for Roy Darrell Breeden

Roy Darrell  Breeden
Roy Darrell Breeden, 79 of Van Buren passed away Monday, July 31, 2017 in his home. He was a mechanic for The Southern Company in Fort Smith; he is a retired square dance caller. He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma (Sangster) Breeden; his parents, Roy and Lucille (Blaylock) Breeden; four sisters, Leona Jones, Lilly Clarida, Rita Long and Joy Fitzgerald.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Macedonia Cemetery in Uniontown under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by his three daughters, Paula Meek and husband, Shaun of Alma, JoAnn James and husband, Avery of Cameron, Oklahoma, Brenda Wilson and husband, Carrol of Van Buren; one sister, Jean Williams of Van Buren; Eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

The family will visit with relatives and friends Friday, August 4, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Wilson, Calvin Wilson, Brandon Wilson, Kevin Honaker, Jason Sanders, Chad Shearburn and Jake Stanford.
