Elmer Junior Howell, 81, of Chester, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 in his home. He was a retired farmer. He was born May 14, 1936 to the late Elmer Gordon and Georgie (Reed) Howell.
Cremation is under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include three sons, Terry G. Howell and Jerry Howell both of Chester, AR and James Howell of Siloam Springs, AR; one brother, Everett Howell of Jay, OK and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
