Nancy K. Murchison, 77, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 in a local hospital. She was born on September 6, 1039 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was the Co-Owner of the Northside Boy’s Home in Fort Smith and a homemaker. She is a member of Westside Baptist Church and a former Young Adult and Teen Sunday School teacher.
Funeral services will be at 2:00PM, Monday, April 10, 2017 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in New Hope Cemetery.
The family will visit with friends from 2-4PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
She is survived by her husband Wilburn of the home; six daughters, Betty Smith and Tammy Nguyen (Ree) both of Fort Smith, AR, Pam Curtis (Eric) of Barling, AR, Cindy McGuire (Randy) of Pocola, OK, Lorrie Ann Dunbar of Fort Smith, AR and Donna Green (Mike) of San Antonio, TX; a brother, Eddie Rogers of Waldron, AR; two sisters, Treva Kaiser of Lewis Lake, TX and Debbie Bradshaw of Pocola, OK; 16 grandchildren and Numerous great and great great grandchildren.
Pallbearers are David Fisher, Robert Dye, Michael Karowski, Brandon Smith, Brandon and Cory Nguyen and Daniel and Jereme Byrne.
