Pamela Gay Adkison, 68, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Friday, January 13, 2017 in a local nursing home. She was born on January 7, 1949 in Highland Falls, NY to Harold and June (Corbin) Hughes. She was a former receptionist at Putnam Lincoln Mercury Auto and was of the Catholic Faith.
A family held memorial service will be at 11:00AM, Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Oak Cemetery pavilion in Fort Smith.
She is survived by her two daughters, Candice and Heather Adkison both of Fort Smith, Arkansas and a sister, Shelley Crews of Montgomery, Alabama. She also left behind her much loved and spoiled puppy, Katie.
The family will visit with friends from 5-7PM, Tuesday at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Cremation was under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home.
