Gary Qualls, 58, of Fort Smith, Arkansas died Saturday, March 14, 2009 in his home. He was a retired truck driver, a veteran of the Vietnam War, and a lifelong resident of this area. He was preceded in death by his parents, Euel and Ludy Fagan Qualls.
His is survived by his companion, Linda Kaufman of Fort Smith; one sister, Judy Holmes of Van Buren; one niece, Teja Burris of Van Buren; and one nephew, Richmond Holmes of Van Buren.
