Charles Edmund Casner, 59 of Fort Smith passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 in Fort Smith. He was a retired U.S. Navy Veteran.

Arrangements and Cremation are under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren no formal service will be held at this time.

He is survived by three daughters, Cora Mason of Van Buren, Nettie Knotts and Virginia Casner both of Ozark; one son, Wesley Casner of Ozark; one sister, Annette George of New Mexico; several grandchildren.
