Condolences

Condolence From: MaryTherese and Monte MacConnell
Condolence: My condolences to Aunt Jeanne, my cousins, and all who knew Uncle Eddy. The world is less without him. I have so many memories of Uncle Eddy - and of course they are all entwined with you, Aunt Jeanne. You taught me how to babysit, you let me come visit from school, you smiled, you laughed, you taught me so many things. You shared your lives. I can hear Uncle Eddy's laugh. I am grateful for his defense of our country. I am grateful for all the love he shared. Though I am sad at losing him, I am sure he is happy in the embrace of so many of his family and friends in heaven.

Condolence: I was very fortunate to be able to see Uncle Ed in the recent years on the trips I took to Alma. What I will remember the most is his letters. I know he stopped in the later years but I kept most of them over the years along with my Grandmothers. The memories are never forgotten this way. I know that my grandma is singing in heaven. My prayers go out to Aunt Jeanne and the family and I am sorry I could not be at the services.

Condolence: So sorry to hear about Uncle Ed's death. My thoughts and prayers are with Aunt Jeanne and the family.

I remember the card games he and Aunt Jeanne had with my mom and dad...what a hoot he and my dad were together!! I got my love of card playing from that group.

Condolence: I have great memories of Uncle Ed mostly at the house on Pioneer involving pool games and card games but also fishing, and camping trips. He always made me feel so welcome wherever we were. He was a great role model of a strong work ethic too. As a little girl I remember spending the night and knowing he had to leave earlier than most people did to head to work at the Post Office.

I am thinking of you all and sending lots of love and prayers to Aunt Jeanne and the rest of the family.

Condolence: Uncle Eddie was such a huge part of our family. I have such great memories of playing pool in the basement with all my cousins at their home in Addison. I also have the honor of having him as my Godfather. Praying for all of your hearts. Knowing he is in heaven with all his siblings is comfort for the soul. Peace to all of you, especially Aunt Jeanne!

Condolence: Many good times were had between our families.
Uncle Ed was a hoot with a couple faults but a heart of gold. The best part of good times is the memories. I have a million. I was blessed to call him Godfather and Uncle. He was super wearing either hat. Lyle and I will miss him but we have great memories. I know it is hard for Aunt Jeanne and the family but he is happy united with his sibs and parents. Praying for all of you.

Condolence: Always enjoyed being on the other end of your daily phone calls to Uncle Lucien when I was visiting. And fondly will always remember the "Christmas in Summer" you made possible for my dad and your brother, Alfred. You knew how to fully experience life at it's best and leave special memories♥
Love, hugs, and prayers to your lovely wife Jean and all of your children and family.
