Obituary for Janet Ledford (Davis)

Janet  Ledford (Davis)
Janet Davis Ledford, 61, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2016 in her home. She was born on February 1, 1955 to Joe and Betty (Tilton) Davis. She was a Rate Auditor for ABF and an active member of Community Bible Church and the church home group. She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Davis and her grandmother, Vera Tilton.
Funeral services are 10:30AM, Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Community Bible Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas. A private family burial will be prior to the service. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
She is survived by her husband Michael Ledford of the home; a daughter, Sarah Benish and her husband Brandon of Rogers, Arkansas; a son Zachary Ledford and his wife Staci of Fayetteville, Arkansas; her mother, Betty Miller and her husband David of Longview, Texas; two sisters, Kathy Davis of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Donna Ewing and her husband Windle of Plano, Texas and three grandchildren, Grace Elizabeth and Molly Claire Benish and Addison Mae Ledford.
Pallbearers are Michael and Zachary Ledford, Brandon Benish, Mike Couch, Jim Norrid and Windle Ewing.
The family will visit with friends from 5-7PM on Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Reynolds Cancer Support House 3324 South M Street, Fort Smith, AR 72903.
