Virginia Sue Hamilton, 62 of Alma passed away Monday, May 23, 2016 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was a retired school counselor for the Alma School District. She was a member of the Kibler Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Verlin and Wanda (Robinett) Winters; one sister, Barbara Meiger.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday, May 27, 2016 at Kibler Baptist Church in Kibler with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

She is survived by her husband, Ricky Hamilton of the home; two daughters, Melinda Davis and husband, Berney of Alma, Kim Daily and husband, Lee of Alma; two brothers, Steven Winters and wife, Dana of Alma, Gerald Winters and wife, Audra of Fort Smith; one grandchild, Makinley McCartt; four step grandchildren, Brock Daily, Sydney, Huston and Ayden Davis; several nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Linda Daniels.

The family will visit with family and friends Thursday, May 26, 2016 from 5-7 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Berney Davis, Lee Daily, V.C. Winters, Shane Moore, Jeremy Coleman and Tanner Coleman.
