Condolence From: Mark Nolte
Condolence: Joy and family, I am so sorry to hear of Joe's death. Although I didn't know Joe well, I will always remember him (especially from our family reunions and the Christmas parties at grandma and grandpa Nolte's house growing up as kids) for his smile and jovial personality. He was a great guy and will sorely be missed. Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers. God's peace and consolation be with you all in this very difficult time. Mark

Condolence From: Chuck and Debbie Goux
Condolence: Joy, Chuck and I were so saddened to hear of Joe's passing. Joe was a wonderful person. I came to know him through work as I was often in the QA lab testing something. Joe was always helpful. But Joe also always loved to scare me - just to see my reaction. I did get him back a couple of times! Joe had a smile on his face and he approached his work with energy. I missed working with him. Chuck will always remember the trip to Sturgis with Joe, Mike, and Jon. Joe was a good, good man. Joy, you and your children will be in our prayers. May God surround you with comfort and love. Our love and prayers, Chuck and Debbie Goux

Condolence: Joy, Ben, Katelyn and Amy, My heart aches for each of you. I was blessed to get to work with Joe at Golden Living. As you know, he was a character; full of smiles and loved teasing people. One of the things he liked to do was sneak up behind me in the hallway at work and whisper “Boo!”. He knew I would scream and jump 10 feet in the air. The reaction was exactly what Joe had hoped for and kept him sneaking up behind me for years. I’m so thankful I was able to visit with Joe a few months ago. He’ll forever be in my heart and I have no doubt we’ll meet again in Heaven.

Condolence: I was saddened to hear of Joe's passing. He fought the good fight, with determination and a positive attitude. He always had a smile and kind word for everyone, or a joke to make you laugh when you needed it most. He was a joy to work with, always helpful. Joe will be missed by all of us whose lives he touched, more than even he would imagine. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all, that you may remember all the joy he shared throughout a life well lived. May the peace of Christ comfort you during this difficult time, and know that to be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord. Rest in peace, my friend.

Condolence: Joe is one of the most memorable and enjoyable people I have ever worked with. Always quick with a joke or story Joe brightened even the dreariest day. When I think of Joe I guess the memory that is burned in my mind most is the look on his face when he would take the first bite of a Spring Roll at China Jade, he was a character for sure. I will always remember how he faced his final battle, with courage and determination. I pray for peace and comfort for his family.

Condolence: What a shock! What can I say about Joe? He was one of a kind. Always enjoyed when he came in the data center and took the time to say hi and talk about motorcycles and guns. I don't know if there was another man with his sincerity and likability. He will be sorely missed. I'm so thankful to have known him and to have been able to call him friend. Until we meet again, bro. David and Carla Mattas
