Rowena (Peggy) Moore, 89 of Van Buren, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2016 in her home. She was a cook for Brownwood Manor Nursing Home in Van Buren and of the Lutheran Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents Herman & Clara (Nelson) Hogrefe; one son Steve Moore; one great grandson Kasey Wilson and one son-in-law Johnny Brinegar; two brothers Bill & Buster Nelson.

Funeral services will be 2PM Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

She is survived by three daughters Anna Kay Wilson and her husband Billy, Linda Wilson and her husband Bobby and Clara Brinegar all of Van Buren; one son Carl Moore and his wife Debbie of Wister, OK; ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; six great great-grandchildren.

Family will visit with relatives and friends Thursday, May 5, 2016 from 6-8 PM at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Steve Moore, Vance Wilson, Ricky Wilson, Brian Wilson, Jason Medlock, Nathan Wilson, Caleb Moore, and Brandon Moore.
