Janet Barger Parker, 76 of Sallisaw passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2016 in a local hospital. She was a secretary and bookkeeper for Roland City Hall. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents Tom and Virginia (Chrisco) Basham.

She is survived by two sons Darrell D. Barger of Sallisaw and Robert Barger and his wife Peggy of Greenwood; seven grandchildren Johnathan, Brett and Brooke Barger, Derrica Reeves, Amanda Terry, Natalie Valencia and Travis Rowe; nineteen great-grandchildren Skyler, Levi, Alyssa, Taylor, Austin, Katelyn, Bella, Bryson, Avery, Piper, Jestin, Tessa, Zen, Mason, Harley, Josh, Jolea, Gracie, and Madie.

A family memorial will be held at 3PM Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Conley Cemetery in Mountainburg. Cremation under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
