Carroll Melvin Kimes, 75, of Mountainburg, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2015 in a local hospital. He was a former owner/operator of Kimes Service Station and Wrecker Service in Mountainburg and of the Freewill Baptist Faith. He was born November 11, 1939 in Chester, AR to the late Melvin Allen and Lula Lee (Larue) Kimes.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Freedom Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Farnese Kimes of the home; two sons, Rick Kimes and wife Angie and Rodney Kimes and wife Donna all of Mountainburg, AR; one sister, Sue Shipp of Fayetteville, AR; one brother, Glen Kimes and wife Bernice of Chester, AR; 4 grandchildren, Ethan, Matt, Brady and Eli.
Pallbearers will be Rodney, Rick, Ethan, Matt, Brady and Eli Kimes, Scott, Dayton and Ryder Pense.
