Katherine Elaine “Kay” Harris, 57, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2015 in a local hospital. She was born on January 13, 1958 in Memphis, Tennessee to Earnest and Betty Phillips. She was a waitress for several restaurants and was of the Christian faith.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith with burial to follow in Oak Cemetery.
She is survived by her companion, Kevin Douglas of the home, two daughters, Angela and Deeann Lee both of Fort Smith, Arkansas; two sons, Josh Lee of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Toy Nathan Lee of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; several grandchildren; one sister, Linda Phillips of Fort Smith, Arkansas; three aunts; Barbara Moore, Martha Phillips and Donna Redding; Daddy of the home, Earl Douglas and honorary siblings, Danny and Kathy Kirby.
The family will visit with friends from 5-7Pm at the funeral home.
