Mazel Warren, 98, of Fort Smith, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 in Fort Smith. She was born on November 21, 1916 to Lester and Willie (Lacy) Mullins in Booneville, Arkansas. She was retired from Ayers Furniture. She was a charter member of Calvary Assembly of God Church and was active in the Saints Senior Group and the Women of Worth. She was preceded in death by her husband Wesley Warren and is the last surviving member of her immediate family.

The funeral service will be 10:00AM Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Calvary Assembly of God Church with burial to follow in Carolan Cemetery in Booneville, Arkansas under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.

She is survived by her daughter, Billie Jean Lee of Fort Smith, AR; one son, Eddie Warren and his wife Kathy of Frisco, TX; four grandchildren, Brenda Lee and her husband Robert of Greenwood, AR, Glenda Hunt and her husband Kevin of Fort Smith, AR, Jason Warren of Kemah, TX and Justin Warren of Frisco, TX; six great grandchildren, Marianne Dooly and her husband Jon of Rogers, AR, Tristan Lee of Springdale, AR, Erica Strange and her husband Chris of Springdale, AR, Emily Thames and her husband Don of Tallahassee, FL, Courtney Fouts and her husband Lance of Greenwood, AR and Nicholas Lee of Springdale, AR; seven great great grandchildren, Kate and Josh Dooly, Aurora and Jacks Wesley Strange, Cambria and Stella Lee and Lucien Fouts.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and great grandsons.

The family will visit with friends from 6-8PM Friday Ocker-Putman Funeral Home.
