Denver Campbell, 71, of Mountainburg, Arkansas passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015.He was a retired water operator for the City of Fort Smith and was born May 28, 1943 in Bidville to the late William and Mattie (France) Campbell. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Gerald and Pete, an infant daughter, and mother of his children, Joy (Dollard) Campbell.
Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Ocker Chapel of Alma. Cremation is under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
He is survived by a son, Duke Campbell of Mountainburg, AR; a daughter, Leslie Campbell of Alma; two grandchildren, Coty Campbell of Hamilton Ontario, Canada and Brylee Janway of
Alma; one brother, Bill Campbell of Mountainburg; three sisters, Geneva Shepherd of Sunset, Josephine Marrs of Mountainburg and Lois Holt of Ringgold, GA.
Honorary Pallbearers are Steve Wasco, Ricky Boerjan, Coty Campbell, Goosie Smith, Jay Shepherd, James Dollard, Allen Ray Ward and Jerry Butler.
