Robert E. Perry, 75 of Van Buren passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014 in a local nursing home. He was a retired independent insurance agent and a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Van Buren and a resident of Van Buren since 1968. He was past president of the Van Buren Rotary Club & the Van Buren Chamber of Commerce. A Former member of the Van Buren City Council and previous Chairman of the King Opera House Commission.

Memorial Service will be 2PM Monday, December 22, 2014 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Van Buren with interment of the ashes in Trinity Episcopal Church Columbarium under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by one step daughter Kim Pierson and her husband Grant of Van Buren; one son Stanley Perry and his wife Rose of Van Buren; one sister Pam Hauffe and her husband Norman of Melbourne, Australia; one brother John Perry and his wife Kaye of Melbourne, Australia; two step-grandchildren Joe and Laura Pierson of Van Buren.
