Ruth Moore, 72 of Van Buren passed away Monday, December 15, 2014. She will celebrate her first Christmas with her Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. She was a retired accounting assistant at Tyson Foods in Fort Smith. She was of the Christian Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Vining and Mary Opal (Samples) McPhail; one sister, Laverne Gosnell; one brother, Bill McPhail and one stepson, John Moore.

Memorial service will be at 10 am Friday, December 19, 2014 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren.

She is survived by one sister, Linda Gilbert and husband, Jack of Van Buren; one step daughter, Darla Moore; her dog, Molly and several nieces and nephews.
