Obituary for Lloyd Leon Adair Sr.

Lloyd Leon Adair, Sr. of Natural Dam, Arkansas passed away in his home on Friday, October 17, 2014. He was born on June 7, 1941 in Havana, Arkansas to Cecil L. and Mary Nell (Clemons) Adair. He retired in 1985 as the coach for Oil Trough High School in Oil Trough, Arkansas. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Cedarville, Arkansas and was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Adair, one son, Mark Adair and two sisters, Patricia Knight and Linda Donnely.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at First Baptist Church of Cedarville, AR, burial will follow in Hall Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren, Arkansas.
He is survived by his wife Aylene Adair of the home; four daughters, Terri Adair Looney of Batesville, AR, Stephanie Brewer and her husband Dereck , Erin Partain and her husband Chad and Miki Wood and her husband Jason all of Van Buren, AR; one son, Lloyd L. Adair, Jr. and his wife Debbie of Van Buren, AR; his mother, Mary Nell Adair of Bellville, AR; one brother, Ricky Adair Danville, AR; three sisters, Betty Elliott of Bellville, AR , Carolyn Hummer and Jane Horn both of Danville, AR; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and honorary pallbearers are Zachary and Dante Looney and Hayden Partain.
The family will visit with friends from 5-7PM on Monday, October 20th at Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
