Myrtle Lee Spears, 90, of Alma, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2014 in a local hospital. She was a homemaker, a member of the Freedom Freewill Baptist Church, a Volunteer with Summit Auxiliary, a DAV Auxiliary member in Alma, a member of the River Bells E.H.C. and preceded in death by her husband, Arvel Isaac Spears. She was born June 19, 1924 in Elizabeth, Arkansas.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Freedom Freewill Baptist Church with interment in Locke Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Monday evening, October 14th at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma, 917 Hwy. 64 East, Alma.
Survivors include two daughters, Saundra Gregory and husband Darrell of Alma, AR and Stephanie Maslakow and husband Frank of Mountain Home; one son, Bob Spears and wife Nadine of Farmington, AR; 8 Grandsons, 11 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great Great Grandchildren.
