Polly Ann Taff, 71, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, August 24m 2014 in her home. She was born in Lonoke, AR to Jeff and Bertha (Carter) McElyea. She was a Nurse for several physicians and the last job before retirement she worked for Willowbrook. She was of the Baptist faith and had attended Dayspring EMC Church of Roland, Oklahoma.

Funeral services will be 1:00PM Thursday, August 28, 2014 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Oak Valley Cemetery under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.

She is survived by her daughter, Donita McMullen and her husband Daniel of Lawton, OK; one brother, Harold McElyes and his wife Marie of Muldrow, OK; one niece, Christine Gushea of Fort Smith, AR and two grandchildren, Gracie and Makaela McMullen.

The family will visit with friends from 6-8PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
