Obituary for Robert Richard "Kaz" Kazmirski

Robert R. “Kaz” Kazmirski, 82, of Fort Smith, AR went to be with the Lord on Friday August 15, 2014 in his home. He was born in Ludington, Michigan on June 2, 1932 to the late Andrew and Lillian Ogren Kazmirski. He was retired from Harding Glass and GNB Technologies and a member of the Methodist Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and was awarded the Good Conduct Medal and the American Occupation Medal of Japan and Germany. He loved his family, Arkansas, and all sports, especially the Razorbacks.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Peggy; two daughters, Debbie Flannigan and her husband Chris of Greenwood and Tami Graham of Greenwood; four grandchildren, Jasen Jerrell and his wife Rhian of Bella Vista, AR, Tiffany Sharum and her husband Neal and Blake Klomfas and his fiancé Ashley Adams and Carson all of Fort Smith and Kyle Flannigan of Fayetteville, AR; four great-grandchildren, Addie Sharum, Easton Klomfas, Jax Sharum and Kenzie Jerrell; one sister, Dolores Gold of New Symra Beach, Florida.
Funeral service will be 12:00 noon on Tuesday August 19, 2014 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home in Fort Smith with burial in U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Jasen Jerrell, Blake Klomfas, Kyle Flannigan and Neal Sharum.
The Family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 7:30 P.M. Monday, August 18, 2014 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
