Morris Reynolds  Herring
Morris R. Herring, 81 of Dyer passed away Saturday, August 02, 2014 in his home. He was retired owner/operator of Morris Herring Construction Company and Mulberry Gate. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War; a member of Masonic Lodge of Alma 32nd degree; he was a member and deacon of the Dyer Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by both parents, Floyd W. and Edith (Adcock) Herring and one sister Carol Sue Clem.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Monday, August 4, 2014 at Dyer Baptist Church in Dyer Arkansas with burial at Dyer Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma in Alma, Arkansas.

He survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary (Nunnelee) Herring of the home; two daughters, Debbie Winstead and husband, Jeff of Dyer, Pam Holmes and husband, David of Parsons, KS; One sister, DeeAnn Keith of Valrico, FL; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Family will visit with relatives and friends, Sunday, August 3, 2014 from 4-6 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 917 Hwy 64 East, Alma.

Pallbearers will be Darren Winstead, Andrew Winstead, Jay Stucky, Scott Stoltz, Shannon Moudy and Bill Liggett.

Honorary pallbearers will be Sam House and Randy Coleman.
