Dawn Woodrow, 71, 0f Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2014 in a local hospital. She was born in Queens, New York. She was a nurse at Sparks Regional Medical Center, PRN and Methodist Village. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Roland Woodrow a son, Collin Scott Woodrow, a brother, Nicky Prunella and a sister, Marie Zill.
A cremation memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
She is survived by her companion John McLaughlin of Fort Smith, Arkansas; one son, Shawn Woodrow and his wife Nina of Claremore, Oklahoma; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
