David Jones, 85 of Van Buren passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014 in a local hospital. He was a PBX Installer for AT & T and a veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the Van Buren First Baptist Church and a resident of the area for several years.
Funeral services will be 11:30 A.M. Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Fort Smith National Cemetery with military honors under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
He is survived by his wife, Norma Ruth (Misee) Jones of the home; one daughter, Connie Taylor and husband B.H. Taylor, Jr. of Bald Knob, AR; one son, Eugene Jones and wife June of Little Rock, AR; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Norman Jones, Casey Jones, Bill Vickery, Don Sangster, Dale Owens, James Minor, Jerry Toon

Honorary Pallbearers will be Community Bible Class, The AT&T Pioneers, & Retired AT&T Employees
