James Wesley McAdams, 77 of Fort Smith passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014 in a local hospital. He was retired from ABF after 32 years in Sales; He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Fort Smith.

Funeral Service will be 2 PM Saturday, April 12, 2014 at Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren with burial at Fairview Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years Diana Lynn (Parks) McAdams of the home; four daughters, Barbara Morgan of Dallas, TX, Katie Monk and husband, Roy of Prosper, TX, Niki Sue and husband, Kelby of Lubbock, TX, Melissa Noble and husband, Steve of Lavaca; one brother, Ralph McAdams of Van Buren; six grandchildren, Travis & Ashleigh Monk, Regan & Cayden Sue, Breanna & Jake Noble.

Family will visit with relatives and friends Friday, April 11, 2014 from 5-7 PM at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Jack Toothaker, Robert McAdams, Roy Monk, Kelby Sue, Steve Noble, Wendall Westfall.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Van Buren High School Class of 1954 and Larry Webb, T.J. Lewis, Greg Bednarik, Jimmy McAdams, Joey McAdams
